How do you fully remove trees?
Location, access, size and health of a tree determine how trees are removed. We are a hands-on company and rarely use lifts or bucket trucks. Most trees are climbed and lowered with ropes, while others may be felled or removed with a crane. The process for removal is fully discussed during the initial onsite estimate.
How do you remove a tree that is close to my home?
Multiple factors are considered when removing a tree close to a structure. When a tree is close to a home it is typically climbed and any dangerous limbs are roped and lowered down to avoid causing damage. Depending on the health of the tree and access a crane may be used.
What happens after the tree is on the ground?
Most often we haul the logs and brush off site. The homeowner decides before we do any work if anything will be left on site. All walkways and areas are blown clear to erase the signs of our presence.
Before any work begins we cover all information as it applies to your property in a free, on site estimate. During the estimate we will determine what will happen during & after the removal.
What happens if a branch falls on my house or damages my property?
We take all possible precautions to preserve property. In the unlikely instance that something happens, we are fully insured and will cover the costs to return the property to its previous look. Customer satisfaction is our main priority and we work hard to make the property look nicer than when we arrived.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check or credit cards. We're able to process credit transactions for Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
